Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you charge for Remote Pilots that have left the organisation? No. When a Remote Pilot leaves you can archive them to remove the associated licence and re-assign it. You will still retain access to their records.

  • Do you offer volume discounts? Yes, we offer discounts for volume. Volume discounts start from as few as 5 Remote Pilots. Please contact sales for a customised quote.

  • How do discounts work? Discounts are currently based on the volume of Remote Pilot licences you purchase and apply to all current and future licenses you may purchase. Discounts currently do not expire after the first year.

  • What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel at any time. Your account will revert to the Free Plan at the end of your current billing period. You will still have access to your data.

  • Do you charge for admin users? No. Admin users are currently free of charge.

  • Can I change the number of Remote Pilots on my subscription? Yes. You can change the number of Remote Pilots at any time. Any increase will be prorated to align with the end of the current billing period. Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Can I change my plan type? Yes, your plan can be either upgraded or downgraded. Currently this can only be done by FlyFreely. Please contact Sales for more information.
